3. Replacement Policy

   • If your item arrives damaged or broken, you may request a replacement. However, to process a replacement, we require an unboxing video of the order as proof of damage.
   • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and email us at Info@motivationalgifts.com with your order number and the unboxing video clearly showing the damage.
   • Replacements are only available for items that arrive damaged. We cannot offer replacements for any other reasons.
